| This letter is in reference to a young man whom I had the pleasure of hearing play.
I am speaking of Steven Pfister. I first heard him play at one of our local malls
during the holiday season. He drew a crowd of people both young and old alike. His
music was soothing and yet it was very upbeat. |

| I askedthis fine musician to play at Harrah's Reno for one of our VIP events, on
New Years Day. The room was filled with our finest VIP's from Harrah's. His music
just filled the room and the guest were so relaxed after a long New Years Evening.
The delightful sounds of Mr. Steven Pfister thrilled our group, every comment from
our guest was how wonderful the music was, and how well this young presented himself. |

| I again asked this fine musician to play for another private party here at Harrah's.
He was requested to play for that party by our Casino Events Manager. The response
to have him play was overwhelming by our VIP's. |

| This young man will go a long way. His gentle personality and talent a good combination
have made him a success. |
